Cardinal & Indigo Release Notes V 20260715


The release notes contained in this document are available in iVeri’ s repository in production and can be installed on any Cardinal and or indigo installation on a case-by-case bases as agreed with Customers and or Integrators. 

 

All Customers 

PosPort  

  • Cardholder Name Printing 
    A new parameter (PRINT_CARDHOLDER_NAME) has been introduced, along with a corresponding BackOffice option. When set to True, the device will print the cardholder’s name on receipts. If disabled, behavior remains unchanged. 
  • Contactless Transaction Control  
    Administrators can now enable or disable contactless payments via a new configuration parameter. Contactless remains enabled by default. 

 Shopify 

  • Enhanced Rejection Code Mapping  
    Updates have been made to Shopify rejection code mapping, providing more detailed insights into transaction failure reasons. 

 IndiGo 

  • Incremental Authorisation Support  

Incremental authorisation is now supported on the Generic API POS channel 

 

CIM 

IndiGo (ARPED) 

  • Introducing support for "Cancel" of a MauCas transaction on ARPED

 Enhancements 

  • Token Retention and Cleanup 
    Introducing a dedicated Cleanup Agent parameter: Tokens Days to Keep This release introduces a dedicated Cleanup Agent parameter, Tokens Days to Keep (default 580 days), and a new TIT_lastUsed column (indexed) on TransactionIndexToken. Token usage updates TIT_lastUsed, and cleanup deletes by last-used time against the new retention setting. 
  • Cardinal Administration Website 
    Update script marks Cardinal Administration Website (CARDINAL_ADMINISTRATION_WEBSITE, S_ID 304000) as installed and enabled. 
  • MD5 Functionality Removal 
    Remove any reference to MD5 functionality in Code 
  • DBFoil Timeout Handling 
    Modified the DBFoil long-running timeout thread to close database connections instead of cancelling statements.
